Bhopal Pedicon is the conference management system we built for the 56th Annual State Conference of the Integrated Academy of Pediatrics, Madhya Pradesh. This enterprise-level application serves as a complete digital solution for managing one of the state's largest pediatric conferences, expected to host 750+ participants, 100+ expert faculty members, and 50+ scientific sessions.

Built with Laravel, it covers the whole event from registration and payment processing to workshop coordination, travel arrangements, and real-time attendance tracking. It handles user roles, automatic email notifications, newsletters and scheduled backups that were tested before the event, not after. Operations.
